You are always eligible to return your item for any reason within our return window, with no required fees.

At checkout, you’ll see an optional $0.99 Return Shipping Protection.
This add-on is completely optional and provides:

  • A prepaid return label (we cover the return shipping cost)

  • Protection against lost, damaged, or stolen packages during the return

  • A fast, seamless return process using a printable label or QR code

If you choose this option at checkout, your return will be fully covered and hassle-free.

If you do not purchase the $0.99 Return Shipping Protection, you can still return your item—absolutely no problem. In that case, you’ll just need to send the item back to us at your own expense using any carrier of your choice.

Important:
Each prepaid return label is assigned to a specific return request. If the system does not offer you the option to return multiple items together, please do not place items from different orders or shipments in the same box, as this may delay or impact your refund.

What can I return?

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by DealsXS.com within 30 days of delivery. To get a return label for no additional charge, make sure you choose the protection at checkout, but no worries, if you didn't select that option at checkout, you can still return the item by opening a return and shipping the item back to us.

What items are eligible for return?

DealsXs.com offers returns on most items delivered to an address in the 48 contiguous United States (for only $.99 you are fully covered). The protection return option is not available for International orders.

When will I get my credit?

Most returns are fully credited to your Dealsxs.com account within 3-5 days of receipt and processing.  

Does DealsXs offer replacements and exchanges?

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Where to Ship Your Return

If you are returning an item without the prepaid return label, please follow these guidelines to ensure your refund is processed quickly:

  • Do not place a shipping label directly on the product or retail packaging.
    Always pack the item in a separate shipping box or padded bag.

  • Include all original accessories and packaging when possible.
