Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, processing times may extend beyond 3 business days.

Processing time refers to order preparation and does not include transit time.

Fulfillment & Shipping Locations

DealsXS operates from Saint Charles, Illinois, where we manage customer service and logistics coordination.
To ensure product availability and timely delivery, orders may be fulfilled from multiple U.S. and international fulfillment centers, including trusted third-party logistics partners and suppliers.

As a result:

Orders may ship from different locations
Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages
Shipping times may vary by product

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Standard Shipping

Free shipping is included on eligible U.S. orders
Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after processing
Transit time does not include processing time

Express Shipping (Optional Upgrade)

Express shipping is available at checkout for select items
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after processing
Express shipping accelerates transit only and does not shorten processing time

Additional Domestic Shipping Information

Orders may be delivered via USPS or other courier services
Some shipments may arrive with regular mail delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave instructions for redelivery or pickup
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or returned shipments

USPS Postage Stamps

USPS postage stamp booklets are shipped via standard USPS envelope mail without tracking in order to keep shipping free.
Delivery times for stamp orders may vary.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in product or shipping prices
The buyer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws
Some customs agencies may require identification (such as a passport or tax ID) prior to delivery

International Returns & Refunds

International returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be returned in original, unused condition
Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Shipping carriers may be changed based on package size, weight, or destination
Delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information are beyond our control
