Shipping Policy

At DealsXS, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our updated shipping policy carefully to understand shipping times, processing, and delivery expectations.


Domestic Shipping (Contiguous United States Only)

Free Expedited Shipping

  • All orders include Free Expedited Shipping.

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days AFTER processing.

  • Delivery time refers only to transit time and does not include order processing time (1-3 days).


Express Shipping (Optional Upgrade)

  • Need your order sooner? Express Shipping is available at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days AFTER processing (1-3 days).

  • Please note: Express Shipping expedites delivery, but does not reduce processing time.



Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During periods of high demand, processing time may extend to 3 or more business days.



Additional Domestic Shipping Information

  • If your order contains multiple items, we’ll try to ship them together; however, items may arrive in separate packages.

  • Your order may be delivered by your local post office or a courier service. Most deliveries arrive with your regular mail.

  • If you're not home, a notice may be left with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay your shipment.


Special Note on USPS Postage Stamps

  • USPS Postage Stamp Booklets are shipped via standard USPS envelope without tracking, to keep shipping free.



International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to many countries. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on destination, customs processing, and other external factors.


Tracking

  • All international shipments include tracking when available.

  • Tracking availability may vary depending on the destination country and shipping method.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees (collectively "Import Fees") are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • These fees vary by country and are determined by customs authorities.

  • Factors affecting Import Fees include product category, price, shipping cost, and package weight.

  • The buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Note: Some customs offices may require personal identification (e.g., Passport or Tax ID) before releasing a shipment.


International Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition.

  • Shipping fees, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.


Important Notes

  • For international shipments, we reserve the right to change carriers based on package size and weight.

  • Delays due to customs or incorrect shipping info are beyond our control.
